The latest
versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape
Navigator allow you to simply right-click on any web image
and set it as desktop wallpaper. It should be noted
that each time you do this, it will over-write the previous
wallpaper image.

Click on
the appropriate link for the size of the wallpaper you
want.

The
wallpaper image will open in a new browser window.
|
|
3.
|
Right-click anywhere on the wallpaper image.
|
|

Select
"Set as Wallpaper" |
If you would
like to save multiple wallpapers, select "Download Image to
Disk" option to save the image to your hard drive. You
can rename the file if you wish, but be sure to retain the
.jpg extension.

MAC
|

Click on
correct resolution for your display to link to the
full-size image.

Click
and hold on the image, then save it to your hard drive.

If
you've got System 8.5 or higher:
Go to the Apple menu and select the Appearance Control
Panel. Click on the Desktop tab. If you
already have wallpaper on your desktop click on the
Remove Picture button to remove your old wallpaper.
Now use the Select Picture button to select the
wallpaper you just downloaded. After you have
selected your wallpaper, press the Set Desktop button
and close the window.

If
you've got System 8:
Go to the Apple menu and select the Desktop Pictures
Control Panel. Click on the Picture tab. If
you already have wallpaper on your desktop click on the
Remove Picture button to remove your old wallpaper.
Now use the Select Picture button to select the
wallpaper you just downloaded. After you have
selected your wallpaper, press the Set Desktop button
and close the window.

you've got System 7.x or lower:
Your system software has no native support for desktop
wallpaper. In order to set your wallpaper, you
will need a third party program. |
